Monitoring the Needs of the Renewable Energy Sector

The dynamic development of renewable energy sources requires continuous identification of the real needs of the sector — both in terms of competencies and technological, regulatory, or investment challenges. The Renewable Energy Sector Development Council conducts systematic market monitoring, enabling accurate, timely, and forward-looking decisions that respond to changing national and global conditions. Thanks to analyses and diagnoses created in cooperation with entrepreneurs, experts, and scientific institutions, it is possible not only to respond to current needs but also to shape long-term development strategies for the renewable energy sector in Poland. Our activities include:
  • Analysis of market and technological trends. We track the development directions of renewable energy technologies, changes in business models, and supply and demand in the renewable energy market.
  • Identification of workforce and competency needs. We diagnose shortage occupations, retraining needs, and competency gaps in the industry.
  • Monitoring development barriers. We analyze legal, financial, infrastructural, and educational obstacles that slow sector growth.
  • Stakeholder opinion and expectation research. We collect market data through consultations, surveys, and interviews with representatives of companies, administration, and universities.
  • Preparation of reports, recommendations, and roadmaps. We create strategic documents supporting decision-makers in planning development and investment policies.
Thanks to continuous monitoring, the renewable energy sector becomes more predictable, resilient to shocks, and better prepared for the future. Our goal is to create operational and strategic knowledge that serves not only the development of individual companies but the entire renewable energy ecosystem — benefiting the economy, society, and the environment.
