The energy transition and the development of the renewable energy sector require modern competencies, specialized personnel, and flexible, market-adapted educational programs. One of the key tasks of the Renewable Energy Sector Development Council is to support the building of a strong human resource base for the green energy industry.
In this area, the Council works towards a systematic approach to human resource development in the renewable energy sector — from formal education, through vocational training, to continuous learning.
Our activities include:
Market demand analysis for competencies – we identify current and future workforce needs in the renewable energy sector, covering both technical and soft skills.
Collaboration with schools, universities, and training institutions – we initiate partnerships to create modern curricula and courses that meet the real needs of the labor market.
Supporting professional development – we promote training, certifications, mentoring programs, and other forms of development for current sector employees.
Creating and updating sector qualification frameworks – we work towards better recognition and validation of competencies in the industry.
Increasing the attractiveness of the renewable energy sector among young people – we conduct informational and promotional activities to encourage students to choose career paths related to green energy.
We want the renewable energy sector in Poland to have a well-prepared, competitive, and innovative workforce that will be the driving force of the green economic transformation. Our goal is not only to respond to labor market needs but also to anticipate them — by shaping the competencies of the future.
