Born on February 14, 1948, he is an experienced manager and expert in renewable energy, business restructuring, and project management. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, specializing in the casting of iron alloys and non-ferrous metals. Currently, he serves as the President of the Management Board at Green Energy PL and Green HUB. He has many years of experience in senior management positions in domestic and international companies, including the energy, telecommunications, and IT sectors. His achievements include successful company restructurings, implementation of innovative recovery programs, organization of international investment projects, and activities promoting energy efficiency.
He is a co-founder of the Employers’ Association of the Photovoltaic Industry and a member of the Audit Committee of this organization. As a consultant and advisor, he has cooperated with numerous local governments, economic organizations, and enterprises in the areas of energy investments, financial restructuring, and implementation of EU projects related to new technologies. He holds certifications in management, marketing, and energy efficiency. He speaks Russian, English, and Czech. He stands out for his broad knowledge and practical experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects across various industries. He remains professionally active, healthy, and available, with qualifications to serve on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies.
Trainer, coach, and business consultant. Graduate of Sociology and Psychology at the University of Warsaw. An outstanding trainer/coach (and practitioner) specializing in management: strategy, performance, people, pricing, research and communication in business organizations, HR policy, negotiation, debt collection, as well as sales strategies and techniques. Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars. Currently lecturing on sales management and coaching at the Department of Management Theory at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Since 1988, promoter of mental work techniques (speed learning: memory training rules, note-taking techniques, principles of speed reading and effective studying) based on the concepts of English psychologist Tony Buzan, especially the “Use Your Head” program. Founder of the only Speed Reading Academy in Poland (’96). Initiator and organizer of the Polish Speed Reading Championships (8 editions). In August this year, Innovation AG, based on its proprietary EAGLE platform, created an electric vehicle capable of transporting tourists, among others, in the Polish mountains. Albert Gryszczuk is the originator and creator of many energy clusters. As a specialist, he deals with the integration of systems that enable new functionalities in renewable energy, e-mobility, finance, air pollution, vehicle control, mechanics, and optics. He is an investor and business angel supporting and implementing projects from various fields at early stages of development. Investor and manager in startups shaping the technological future. Creator of the Zgorzelec innovation hub specializing in creating technologies for energy clusters and electromobility. On November 9, 2022, as president of the National Chamber of Energy Clusters, Albert Gryszczuk was honored with the Independence Ring awarded by the Association for Supporting National Security – SWBN. On May 8 of this year, he also received the Victory Cross from the president of the Committee for the Protection of National Memory Sites.

Specjalizuje się w m.in. w bezpieczeństwie ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem cyberbezpieczeństwa, inteligentnych specjalizacjach, rozwiązaniach smart city oraz wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii i cyfryzacji. Uczestniczył m.in. w tworzeniu Krajowego schematu oceny i certyfikacji bezpieczeństwa oraz prywatności produktów i systemów IT zgodnego z CommonCriteria. Interesuje się objaśnialnością AI i zastosowaniami przemysłowymi. Instytut prowadzi badania naukowe, prace rozwojowe i wdrożeniowe, a także realizuje krajowe i międzynarodowe projekty w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa, sztucznej inteligencji, analizy danych, cyfrowych usług publicznych, IoT, przemysłu 4.0 oraz idei Smart Cities i Dostępności.
Prof. dr hab. inż. Barbara Gworek specializes in environmental status assessment, waste management, reclamation of chemically degraded sites, fate and behavior of emerging pollutants in the environment, as well as environmental life cycle assessment (LCA), carbon footprint calculation, and soil carbon sequestration. From 1996 to 2016, she served as Director of the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute. During this time, she led teams within the ministries of environment and agriculture preparing strategic programs in the thematic area of environmental protection and coordinated work on multi-year program project proposals for the Ministry of Science. She co-organized the establishment of the National Emission Inventory Center at the Institute of Environmental Protection, which formed the basis for the National Emission Allowance Administrator system and currently the National Centre for Emission Balancing and Management. She participated in numerous research projects related to greenhouse gas emissions, including “Development and implementation of a strategic adaptation plan for sectors and areas vulnerable to climate change” and “Support for low-emission agriculture capable of adapting to climate changes currently and in the perspective of 2030 and 2050.” Currently, she heads the Earth Protection Centre and the Department of Environmental Chemistry and Risk Assessment. She is author or co-author of over 300 original scientific works and 6 patents. For her scientific and research activity, she has been repeatedly awarded by the Rector of SGGW, the Minister of Environment, and the Prime Minister of Poland. She is an expert in soil, ground, and green area protection and reclamation/remediation.
